I would like to develop a habit of reading but been struggling to find the time. I somehow fall into the convenience of listening to a podcast instead. It's just easier to do on the commute or when walking.
I’ve been adding more useful habits over time. I have some bad habits but as long as I make steady progress with my goals I let them be. One of my goals this year is to expand my good habits. The routines come and go and evolve over time. Creating habits takes time and the trouble with old habits that you want to get rid of is that they never go away. You always have to fight them.

Yep, our environments (largely affected by where and when we're born) play a huge role.
